To check the status, you may check your withdrawal history inside your HashKey Pro account and click the TX hash. You may also refer to any blockchain explorers like below examples.
For Bitcoin:
You may refer to Blockchain.info to check the status or the blockchain confirmations. Enter your Bitcoin address or transaction hash in the search field. Once you click enter, information about your search query will display. You may refer to the link below for more details.
How can I look up a transaction on the blockchain?
For Ethereum and Other Listed ERC20 Digital Assets:
You may refer to Etherscan.io to check the status or the blockchain confirmations.

What is a TxHash & how to check a TxHash?
For other ERC20 digital assets listed in HashKey Pro, please note that the transaction may be similar to an Ether transaction. But the ‘Value’ of Ether transacted is zero and you have to refer to the “Token Transfer” details for your transaction.
Please note that currently, HashKey Pro only supports withdrawal to Non-Contract addresses.
You must ensure that your destination wallet is using a standard address.
For Other Non-ERC20 Digital Assets:
You may check your withdrawal history inside your HashKey Pro account and click the TX hash or you may check your account on the specific digital asset’s platform to confirm.
