HashKey Pro welcomes Institutional investors. Our Support Team will provide assistance with the verification of your company to achieve the appropriate KYC level for your Institutional account.
To request for an Institutional account, a manual review is required. Each KYC level has a corresponding requirement.
Finish the registration you become a KYC 0 level user. You will receive an activation email from HashKey Pro when you register, please follow the prompts. If not received, your mailbox might have security filters on specific email addresses which causes the mails to go to your Spam or Junk folders, please check your Spam and Junk folders.
If you need to upgrade your account to KYC 1 level, please log in to the Hashkey Pro website and go to the user center to upload materials.
KYC Level 1: (Deposit and trade with a daily withdrawal limit of 100 BTC equivalent)

If you need to upgrade your account to KYC2 and above, please send an email to HashKey Pro at support@pro.hashkey.com.
KYC Level 2: (Deposit and trade with a daily withdrawal limit of 500 BTC equivalent)
- You have reached KYC1 level.
- please email support@pro.hashkey.com to proceed with the manual verification.
KYC Level 3: (Deposit and trade without a daily withdrawal limit)
- You have reached KYC2 level.
- At least 800 BTC equivalent of cumulative trades.
- please email support@pro.hashkey.com to proceed with the manual verification.
NOTE:
- For non-English or Chinese document, you must also upload an official translation document with the signature, seal or stamp from the translation company. The required documents must have your company’s official seal or stamp.
- You may submit all requirements to achieve your preferred KYC level as long as your documents and trading records qualify and pass our verification process.
