Partly-done refers to the order that is only partly filled or completed. This may happen due to below reasons:
- Mismatch between order price and current price.
- A purchase that is not entirely complete. For example, a user wants to purchase 10 BTC for $15,000 per 1 BTC. The user bids $150,000 to buy 10 BTC. At the moment, there are only 3 BTC available to purchase for a price of $15,000 per 1 BTC. The user will be able to successfully buy 3 BTC and the remaining 7 BTC will remain pending to be filled or completed until there is an available BTC with the set price of $15,000 per 1 BTC.
We advise to please wait and observe the market trend. If the order remains unsuccessful for a period of time, you may cancel the order for the assets to return to your account balance. You may then submit a new order accordingly.
