If you are no longer able to access your email account for any reason, please contact your email service provider for assistance. Please note that if you lost access to your HashKey Pro registered email address, some functions (e.g. withdrawal) will be limited as this requires email confirmation.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to keep your e-mail account secured and active. If your account is at least KYC Level 1 and you are not able to recall your HashKey Pro registered email address, please contact our Client Service Team for further assistance.
