To follow-up on your existing ticket, you may directly send an email to the same email thread of the ticket. Please do not send a new email as this will open a new ticket of the same issue, which may cause duplication, confusion and delay.
Please also refrain from using social media for support issues. We cannot locate your ticket or account information via social media. Due to privacy concerns, we also cannot discuss account information on social media. All support issues must be handled using a support ticket only.
