For transaction issues such as Deposits and Withdrawals that does not appear correctly in your account's status page, please include the following information:
- A complete and detailed description of the issue.
- The digital asset name and amount.
- The Transaction ID (TxID or TXhash).
- Please include the address you sent to and the address you sent from, in plain text.
- Related screenshots of the issue.
For technical issues wherein you encounter error messages, please send us the full and clear screenshot of the page showing the error message.
