If your account is frozen, this may be due to below reasons:
1. For security reasons, if you incorrectly input your password 3 times, to ensure account safety, your account will be frozen for 2 hours. This is a normal behavior. You can try again after 2 hours.
If you forgot your password, please click the "Forgot your password" button and follow the step-by-step prompts. After successfully creating a new account password, for account security reasons, the digital asset withdrawal function will only be available after 24 hours.
2. If you have requested or initiated to freeze your account due to access threats or for any other reasons, to recover access, please contact our Client Service Team for assistance to recover account access.
If none of the above situations occurred, please report the issue immediately.
