If you suspect that your account has been compromised or have any other security concerns, We offer you two ways to freeze your account:
1.Please contact the HashKey Pro customer service team immediately. Once we have successfully verified that you have made a request, we will freeze your HashKey Pro account as the earliest possible.
2.Log into your account again to receive a Log-in Notification email. In that email there is a link to freeze your account, please click the link and confirm to freeze.
Note: Freezing your account will result temporarily disable your account.
- You will be unable to perform any actions on your account (Login, Confirm transactions, Reset Passwords / 2FA Authenticators).
- All pending transactions will be cancelled.
To regain access to your account you will need to contact the HashKey Pro customer service team, it will take 3-5 working days to unfreeze your account.
